ReplyDeleteI also hate the weather in Taipei. I’m from Taichung, whose weather is milder than that in Taipei. Although I am Taiwanese, I have never rowed the dragon boat and played quoits. You have experienced many things. And the banana peel is very unique; I’ve never heard of it before. I haven’t been to Kaohsiung for a long time. Maybe next we can go and explore something we don’t know together. That’ll be fun
ReplyDeleteI seldom go to Kaohsiung. The last time I visited there was two years ago. There was a camp for high school students held by AIESEC in 中山 university. 中山university is located beside the sea near MRT西子灣 station. I can still vividly remember as I walked out on the street, the salty smell in the air and the cozy weather made me feel so relaxed. And of course, Kaohsiung's weather is better than Taipei! It is such a pity that I had never gone to any night market in Kaohsiung! That fried banana peels look cool !
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you and Alier about the weather in Taipei, especially here in NCCU! Though the weather here is actually not that bad during summer days, but whenever winter approaches, it start raining endlessly. I've been to Kaohsiung several times, and the weather was fine every time . However, as you mentioned, Kaohsiung not only has fine weather, but also has delicious food which often costs less than that in Taipei. Haha xD
ReplyDeleteBy the way, sorry for the late reply. :p
